Hey, this is a fork of QuidNYC's Superfood for him.
I've made some adjustments to suit my lifestyle and taste.
I'm fairly active so the calories in the original recipe were not sufficient. This recipe has 1900k per day.
I've blended the proteins between fast acting Whey and slow acting Casein to even out the protein release during the day/night. I've also increased the Choline level for mental alertness (I'm a dev).
This is not a cheap recipe but if you are living off this full-time you shouldn't skimp on the healthiest ingredients.
Have removed cinnamon and included stevia which greatly improved the taste.
Add 1500ml of your local tap water and let it sit overnight. Blend in the morning once the chia seeds have sat overnight in the mix.
