Note: The species of cinnamon that is bought off store shelves has a small amount of a dangerous toxin. Human beings can tolerate up to 0.1mg/kg of this, but for safety, either find a grocery store that supplies the other forms of cinnamon, or do not consume more than two meals of this a day.

Instructions: Mix dry components in a large bowl. Separate into three separate baggies, one for each meal. You may wish to have a bottle to store vegatable oil.

Preparation:

Mix dry components, ~1 tbsp of vegatable oil, and two cups of water in a large bowl. Mix in 1-2 packets of sweetener if you prefer. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes on high, stir, consume!
