  • Tweaked amounts to be in easily measurable volumes
  • Added Xanthan gum to keep flour granules from settling at bottom; amount still needs tweaking
  • Now recommend microwaving coconut oil for 20 seconds before adding... mixes much better and lends a much tastier flavor as well

  • Upped whey protein amount to better match macros
  • Upped peanut butter slightly
  • Updated price for whey protein and peanut butter powder

Trying to substitute maltodextrin for some of the flour/masa harina, because at current amount it is really difficult to eat so much


Unsure if recipe really needs BCAAs and Potassium Chloride, so leaving amounts at 0
