Based on @QuidNYC's "Superfood" recipe. I replaced the organic blue corn masa with white corn masa (because it was easier to obtain).

I found the result to taste "neutral" -- so I added stevia and the result is decent. Not sure I would give it a "tasty" just yet.

One other thing, I drink a protein shake in the morning (Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey/ Chocolate) for 250 Kcal / 48g protein, so that nutrient is off target in this recipe but I am not concerned because I get it elsewhere.

Also, I drink "Bulletproof coffee" every morning (coffee with grass fed butter and MCT oil) for 320 Kcal / 35g fat . . . so I am a bit over on that.

All told, with activity level high I am still at a calorie deficit.
