This used the IIFYM of a male that is 6'2.5", 200 lbs, and exercises 5 times a week.
I used two different fish oil supplements to balance EPA/DHA at a 1:1 ratio at 1.6g each (total 3.2g). From my reading it seems that a 2:1 or 1:2 ratio may be equally beneficial. However I did come across this "As such, it is suggested by a number of researchers that due to similarities in structure, EPA and DHA compete 1:1 for binding sites and that the DHA within a treatment regime appears to ‘block’ the therapeutic actions of EPA (Martins 2009; Bloch & Qawasmi et al, 2011; Sublette et al, 2011)." Since these compete for binding sites, I think it would be ideal to have a 1:1 ratio
