This is a fully revised version of Urban Ambrosia, with the idea of fixing three problems present in previous versions:

1) The lack of satiety. I found I would feel hungry a little more than three hours after drinking three cups of UA1.8. This means I would have to consume 16 cups to cover all my waking hours, which the way I make it is two whole batches. With 2.0 I want to stay full longer. The main adjustment here was to remove the fairly large amount of honey and use an artificial sweetener instead, and also to reintroduce a bit of oat flour, add fat and add protein. The overall proportions of C/P/F are now 44/25/31.

2) The energy crash after eating. I believe the honey was responsible for this, and removing it should have an effect on the very obvious post-drinking crash.

3) The dry-mouth aftertaste from the lecithin. This also makes it soy-free, which some people care about but I don't.
