This is a re-build of Urban Ambrosia 2.0, intended for a female friend.

The only criteria is no whey and no potassium chloride (because it contains mineral oil).

She also said don't worry about getting the vitamins right because she's already on a vitamin regimen. So the idea is to get the macros right and create a convienient, healthy liquid food.

Version 0.8 is a base recipe that I'm going to make four versions of in quarter-batches and taste test them all.

0.9 will be what I deliver to her.

1.0 will be the full version adjusted to her feedback.
