Receipe is to make one day of food. Mix all powders together and place in 1 gallon bag. I make 7 days worth at a time (i.e. 7 bags). To prepare one meal - Add water or coffee to blender bottle/sports bottle - fill 1/2 way. Add 1/3 to 1/2 of powder (I make two serviings a day instead of three meals. My morning meal has coffee - second meal uses water). Add one drop of vitamin D/K (only to one meal in a day) and Hersey's syrup with calcium (two tablespoons=recipe). Shake well. Place in refridgerator. (overnight preferable). If not overnight, then at least let settle for 15 minutes. When you are ready to drink, first shake well. Occassional shake closed bottle if drinking over a period of time. For less grittiness, use a bottle blender (Oster - $30.00) and blend well. Either keep in Oster bottle or pour back in sports bottle. (after pouring back into sports bottle, add a little water to Oster bottle- swish around to get all particles, then pour into sports bottle and shake.) Take daily vitamin pill 1/2 way thru first meal of the day.

note - one drop of vitamin D/K and one vitamin pill a day - not with every "meal."

Hersey chocolate used in every serving

Also note, I do not add Canola oil in my soylent. It is only there to raise fat level to 100%(or close to it). I eat a few cookies as a snack instead.
