I've tried corn flour (masa) and coconut flour. The coconut flour was only slightly more palatable than the corn flour. Both were inedible. I had some Honey Nut Cheerios lying around so I thought "I know I like the taste of Honey Nut Cheerios, why not grind them up?" So I did. The result was surprisingly palatable.
I plan to supplement the remaining nutrient deficiencies with a multi-vitamin if I notice any problems.
