This is a simple breakfast replacement. It's been lasting me through lunch and it's doing a great job of keeping me away from the snacks. I round this out with a light dinner (salad, trail mix, or pasta).
Mixing Tips: Measure all the powders out, pour the water into the bottle of your choice, then pour in the dry mix. Mix thoroughly, then add the oils. Mix again and let it sit for a while before adding the Powerade.
