The core of this DIY Soylent somewhat resembles "Bachelor Chow". His recipe did not have an ideal balance of omega 6/omega 3. Thus, I added flaxseed flour. I changed the ratio of masa to oats in order to keep the nutrition balanced. I also changed some of the suppliers. For instance, ebay has GNC Mega Men for $39.99 with free shipping.

Update: It has come to my knowledge that the body may not sufficiently convert enough EPA and DHA from the ALA provided by flaxseed flour. EPA and DHA is only found in fish oil. This pill is now a necessary component of the drink.

For Morning and Lunch. Evening use may cause sleeplessness (this may be desired on some days).

Fiber Goal: 42 grams

Omega 6 / Omega 3 ratio goal: 2/1

Coffee/caffeine may become over-stimulating or cause adverse side-effects when combined with this nootropic stack.

All vitamins/minerals are powdered. This may enhance absorption and promote steady release throughout the day.
