This is a copy of Max K's great People Chow 3.0.1 recipe, except I'm using rice protein instead of whey isolate (less gas this way), and a canola/olive oil blend instead of soybean oil. I'm going to pick up some sulphur powder and vitamin k because that nutrient went down with my protein switcharoo. The rice protein is grittier than whey but it's drinkable enough for me. I add 4g of cinnamon to the entire batch for flavor. Mixing the soylent to water and letting it sit in the fridge overnight improves the drinkability quite a bit! I'm thinking of picking up some Nutrifruit powder for flavoring too. That's it!

Thanks Max!
