This is my first attempt at soylent and I have been loving the experience. So far I have been eat about half of my meals this way for the last two weeks. No adverse side effects to be noted.
Preperation - I have been mixing all the ingredients up in a seven day batch. It seemed to keep just fine. I have been mixing a quarter of the daily amount with
16 oz. of warm water. It is best to let it set for 20-30 min. I could not drink it after it sat in the refrigerator for over 12 hrs.
Future - reduce methione content, diversity compounds (potassium - potassium chloride, potassium gluctomate.), get more info on pythic acid.
