1st test, replacing breakfast and dinner. Taste unknown, assuming the worst. In that case, add sugar, remove flour and add cocoa or cinnamon or vanilla.

Seems to mix well at least, start with the lecithin, seeds and supplements (not mixing in the pills, just taking them as they are), then add proteins and soy flour. Testing the taste later on today...

Quark is a snack that is not mixed in, milk goes with tea. Just added them as they're a constant part of my diet to include the nutrients in the calculations.
