the aim of this is to provide a nice tasting soylent mixture that is cheap and easy to understand with no hidden costs.

  1. soybean oil i recommend buying several at a time to ensure supply + cut down on delivery costs. the more you buy the cheaper delivery

  2. you can save on some of these items with amazon subscription service. i have NOT included this in the prices. so its possible to get it down abit more.

  3. sulfur is fine i cant find the right data for the protean however it contains more than the rda of sulfur

  1. 25g milkshake flavoring (mild taste) be carefull of the added vitamins
  2. MP flavoring powder. after trying several flavoring this is the best i have found. some people wont like it as it is quite sweet. use between 10-15g depending on your tastes
