I've tried to use vendors that can be easily accessed by either Koreans or Foreigners. The most expensive part of this recipe as always is the protein.
Make sure you get the chocolate or vanilla flavored whey isolate, it makes a HUGE difference!
I've used serving sizes that can easily be divided by 3, if you just want to make individual portions.
