Firstly this is a modified copy of Liquid Cake v1.3 by cultofmonkey, so thank you for a jumping of point.

Secondly this is my first attempt to make a recipe so any thoughts or alterations are welcome.

This is based around my own nutrient profile in which I compared various RDAs and tried to average out the values. I'm still unsure about the omega 3 & 6 levels which alot of the RDAs conflict with each other.

I've used 2 types of oil to get the omega values in check and had to add sugar to get the Protein/Carbs/Fat ratio to where I think it should be.
