This tastes really nice if you don't put in the Omega 3 liquid. I suggest taking the omega 3 separately at night, it's not ideal but mixing it made me gag.
I blend everything together including 425ml of water but excluding the psyllium and omega oil (as above) and leave it in the fridge over night, I add the psyllium when I come to drink it otherwise it's too thick. I split it up into 3 shakes, one with half the mixture for lunch and two each with a quarter. So far so good, it's very filling and pleasantly sweet but not sweet enough to be sickly. So far I've not felt like snacking at all.
