Pills: 1 women's multivitamin 1/2 B vitamin

Dry ingredients:

Total daily volume: ???

Wet ingredients: 10 cups water

Grind up the pills with the lecithin granules and dump in a large (3L+) bowl. Grind up the chia seeds and add them to the bowl. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and hand-mix a bit. Add the wet ingredients and mix with an immersion blender.

Just eat the egg. It has nothing to do with this recipe. It just rounds out the nutrition profile.
