Definitely not a single drink solution!

Recipe:

  1. Fry 1 Egg with Soybean oil and eat with 2 slices of White bread for breakfast
  2. Mix Complan and Sugar into the milk and drink all day
  3. Mix the rest (crushed muesli, flaxseed meal, protein powder, crushed multivitamin) into the peanut butter and apply on 8 bread slices making sandwiches to eat all day 3.1 Almonds can be chopped and mixed into peanut butter or consumed as a separate snack
