V1.2 Adjusted pricing for bulk ingredients
V1.1 Goals: except for the soybean oil, use only powdered ingredients. Make the macro nutrients easily adjustable to fit everyone's needs (profiles). Have enough flexibility with the micro ingredients to compensate for any changes to the macro ingredients. Future changes:
Musle Milk is rather expensive compared to other ingredients (per gram), but it is the only powdered source of Chromium I could find that didn't also have excessive amounts of Niacin (i.e. mega-man sport). I'd like to find a cheaper, powered, chromium rich substitute for musle milk. Vitacost soy protein has the highest concentration of Folate (folic acid) I can find, but it can only be purchased from Vitacost. I would like to find substitute high in folate that can be sourced from multiple soucres. Whey Protein seems to always be the most expensive ingredient, but finding a good source for less would be nice (I'm not sure that I trust BFD's Whey Protein). If possible, find a substite for the Soybean Oil and use only powder in the recipe. Keep lowering the overall cost.
