Tried to make this as close as possible to the original People Chow 3.0.1. I did find that the GNC vanilla bean is now "GNC Mega Men Energy - Vanilla"

I used to use one of the olive oil variants, but that gets messy with the K pills, and I'm not sure I noticed any real health benefits.

I DO buy the regular Soylent now that it's out, but if I'm really trying to lose weight and taking say half of it, will occasionally get headaches from the lower amount of calcium, so I'm going to give this a try once again.
