Wash white short grain rice three times in cold water. Cook with a 1:1.1 ratio rice to water (10 minutes under pressure)

Heat 300g almond milk to just before boiling, then add as one homogenous mixture:

-Chia seeds -Oats -No-Salt

Remove from heat and stir together until it becomes thick. Add 50ml of water, mix. Add rice and mix until uniform.

In a separate pan heat 150ml water on low heat and add as one homogenous mixture:

-Beet root -Creatine (scoop) -Protein powder -Choline Stir together until smooth, can use a whisk here.

Mix together in a separate bowl:

  • Soybean oil
  • Pea Protein Mix until smooth.

Combine all three mixtures under low heat until homogenous. Scoop out into baking tray on tin foil base and place in oven at 200 degrees until desired firmness (about 10-20 minutes)
