The above listed ingredients are all freely available on the European market (German market) which is one of the main factors for my experiments.

Also: You will need a good precision scale, since some of the ingredients have to be measured by 0.1g increments. (my scale goes down to 0.01g but that's just me being picky)

UPDATE: I have replaced and simplified the recipe a little, as I am trying to get rid of my masa harina I began to add some (instant) oat flour into my recipe. So far I have used instant as well as normal Oats, but make sure to grind those a little before mixing it into your drink. I have already prepared my next batch and I will keep you posted for further improvements!

UPDATE2:

WOW, In the last couple of days, I have put a LOT of research into this topic and my recipe changed a bit. I do not advise anyone to use soy or canola/rapeseed oil. Any refined oil will be less healthy than extra virgin oils! I will also emphasize that from now on I will try to use more expensive and higher quality goods and keeping the price of this recipe low will not be my first priority. Also by adding Chiaseeds to my recipe, the texture has improved and I don't need to shake my drink anymore before taking a sip. This was a major concern, as the masa was always staying at the bottom and the oil was floating on top. Now, after prepping everything up the day before, I get the stuff out of the fridge and its perfectly mixed. Right now, I have prepared my meals for this week, and I have laid out my research papers to improve my recipe even more in the future! I will keep you posted soon!

Feel free to try this out and check my blog for future improvements that will follow shortly!
