Just Another DIY Soylent Recipe
This is the outcome of experimentation with different recipes. It tastes good and can be flavored with much success.

What it needs
- Only add if reliable data on micros available
- Watch out for transfats
- Olive oil
- Coconut oil
- Less iron

I'm not going to put my Omega 6's and 3's in a 17:3 ratio, that's just madness. Aiming for a 1:1.
Regarding Sulfur Content in Beef Protein
I'm assuming the amino acid profile is similar to this and that "sulfur" should be counted as specified here, which is the total mass of Cysteine and Methionine.
Formula per 30g:
29.1/100*(0.5+1.2) ~= 0.49g
