Regarding Sulfur Content in Beef Protein
I'm assuming the amino acid profile is similar to this and that "sulfur" should be counted as specified here, which is the total mass of Cysteine and Methionine.
Formula per 30g:
29.1/100*(0.5+1.2) ~= 0.49g
