This is a soylent recipe that uses ingredients and vitamins available in Germany. Although this soylent was started on the base of another soylent, in the end it was changed that much, that it doesn't share any single component with the original. So this one is kinda unique.
I decided to go with the rye flour and oats combination. I am NOT a doctor or someone who understands dietology. Also this is the reason I refuse to bear any responsibility if anyone tries this recipe and something goes awry. You do it at your own risk.
This is not a 100% true soylent, because I am still going to use solid food: 1 banana, 1 carrot and some peanuts (fried and salted) a day. The main reason: I like peanuts and bananas. The carrot I needed for Vitamin A.
The vitamins are supposed to be taken in separately during the lunch time. The fizzy tablet of magnesium+calcium is meant for evening or after training. Bananas and peanuts are to be eaten throughout the day in no particular preference.
The soylent is supposed to be good for my needs. I go jogging (10-15km) 2-3 times a week, during the warm season I ride 100 - 300km a week on a road bike. During the cycle tours it can be up to 800km a week.
I did not try this soylent yet and didn't even order the ingredients, because I am not gonna be home for the next 30 days. I plan to start preparations in late December and start the soylent diet in January 2014.
