This recipe is designed for people building muscle on a budget, and is for the most part nutrient complete. However, please consider the following when using this recipe:

1) Adjust the macronutrients to your own individual needs based on current weight and your own activity and metabolism, there is no one size fits all solution.

2) The vitamins and minerals need to be consumed in a specific way to ensure absorption, and to avoid clashes between nutrient types that can also prevent proper absorbtion. Also, the amount of macronutrients consumed per meal should be adjusted depending on whether is a workout day or not (a post-workout meal should be high in carbs, whereas a later meal in a workout day should be higher in protein and dietary fats). If I have the time i'll list a suggested schedule and guide for consuming the various vitamin and mineral pills.

3) Although this is mostly nutrient complete, I recommend including some solid food with this, as there still may be unknown compounds in food that the body needs. Plus, its good for your teeth!

4) You'll probably want to add your own flavouring to this, because the taste alone isn't very nice :D
