A simple, flavourless recipe recommended for bodybuilders and others participating in similar fitness pursuits. Carbohydrate and Protein amounts should be changed to your requirements, as well as Creatine Monohydrate if you are an athlete in a particular field.

Most ingredients here are sourced from Bulk Powders due to quality, availability and price, although this recipe currently isn't as optimised as it could be in price.

Vitamin D3 doesn't need to be taken if your skin gets adequate exposure to sunlight (indoors doesn't count, as windows block the rays that allow your body to generate Vitamin D3).

It goes without saying this recipe is not designed for people with a Vegan or Ketogenic diet :3
