A copy of Chewable Soylent 3.0 with much cheaper ingredients from MyProtein (assuming 50% discount, happens often).
At roughly 1950 calories, this wont quite make a full day's meal, but I personally enjoy a little more variety than pure liquid food. For me, this gives me a 500 calorie window to hold weight, otherwise it's the easiest weight loss method ever :)
Protein quantities are flexible. If you want more, simply up the whey or the soy. Per gram of protein, the soy is marginally cheaper if you buy in bulk.
