This is my girlfriend's favorite soylent recipe. I made her some to eat at work and everyone thinks they are smelling cookies.

Bread Pudding soylent is microwaved in a bowl. Add more water than you would think necessary (the wheat is thirsty). Add even more water than that if you want it more like Cream of Wheat and less like Bread Pudding. then microwave it 2-3 minutes (depending on quantity) until the surface looks kind of like a donut with a wet center. Mix it up and eat...with caution, it's very hot!

IMPORTANT: You must start with low temperature water. DO NOT boil water then pour it in. Water that is too hot too fast will cause a bad clumping reaction with the whey and it's not good.
