This is based on Max's "People Chow," but substitutes olive oil and tweaks some ingredients for my personal nutrient profile.
It's my first attempt.
I'm using this to lose fat, and I am fairly active. I supplement this with: 1 serving Athletic Greens supplement, 1 "Gold Standard" whey protein shake (48g protein, 250 Kcal), Bulletproof coffee (200 Kcal, 34g fat), and 1g fish oil in capsule form. (So that's why some amounts are under-target.)
