This recipe was originally based off of 'People Chow 3.0, "Tortilla Perfection"', which I selected for the convenience of the Amazon cart. Over the course of approximately two moths I tweaked this recipe to eliminate any cravings i encountered.

I'm an active 35-year-old male with a muscular/athletic body composition; 5'9" (175cm) and 180lb (81kg). At one point, I had lived on this approximate combination for 45 days continuously with only two meals taken at social events during that time.
