  • Before mixing in the flour, microwave in 3 three minute intervals, stirring in between. This will cook the flour and significantly improve the taste.

  • Do no grind the multivitamins up in a coffee grinder or crush them into a powder. Just take them separately.

    • Add sucralose/vanilla/etc. to taste.
