I am currently in a 12 week workout and nutrition program; which has me working out every other day and on a Paleo diet. It's hard enough to make Paleo enjoyable but to make 3 meals a day on top of that is just exhausting. This is designed for my personal dietary needs and is meant to replace only my breakfast and lunch meals. I am making this recipe public because while searching the DIY Solent database I didn't see any recipes that all my personal restrictions; such as needing to be grain free (corn, oats, wheat, etc.), dairy free, and soy free. Feel free to provide constructive criticism or any suggestions, I am very new to this and may have entered in a few things (such as the vitamin supplement) incorrectly.
Notes on taste: I have made this several different way, substituting the banana and strawberries with bluberries and cocoa powder, it's just as tasty. Note on prep: Mix all dry ingredients ahead and only add the butter and oil when you are preparing the night before or the morning you intend to have your soylent.
