This is incredibly easy.

3/8ths cup Almond Flour 2 of included scoop of GNC Max Nutrition (chocolate!) 6 of included scoop Precision I-PLX Protein powder 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Cold Pressed Coconut Oil (gets chunky)

You stop at GNC, then Bulk Barn, then you're done. I recommend mixing several days worth of the oil ahead of time, then shaking it up. Once you have the ML's figured out, you can just use scoops, add the oil and a lot water (it's insanely sweet), and you're good to go. It's also very affordable for keto; which is pretty hard to find these days. It's a little low on iron and calmeg. I use a supplement. I use this for breakfast, lunch, and 4pm afternoon meal.

Then I have a "normal" keto dinner, like a chicken breast, or something of that nature. I'm also somewhat lactose intolerant, which makes it hard to find stuff that works, this mostly does.

Mixing instructions, with measurements, in cups, because I'm a nice guy. :)

Total Powder Volume: 2 cups Total Oil Volume: 4oz What does that mean?? 1/2 cup + 1tbsp oil mix per meal! Easy!
