I only eat (well, drink really) this for breakfast as of now, so just divide all the values by 3 for one meal. I would suggest making a caffeine free variant if you want to consume this later in the day. I'm still working on the recipe and will probably make some edits (such as adding a vitamin K supplement) when I transition to drinking it three times a day.
