Replaced the masa and salt substitute from https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes/mens-basic-complete-nutrition-chocolate-2000 with Maltodextrin and potassium citrate, and balanced out the carb/protein/fat ratio a bit.

If you're looking to try some, I'm selling an updated version of this recipe with proper sulfur and niacin levels on my website: Powderchow.com

This recipe should be much more palatable with Maltodextrin than with pre-cooked masa. No chalkiness!

See the notes at https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes/basic-complete-soylent-bachelor-chow for niacin concerns.
