I thought I'd make a recipe based of the propably most popular DIY Soylent People Chow 3.0.1 https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes/people-chow-301-tortilla-perfection but with ingredients available in Hong Kong.

If anyone would like to help me find cheaper/better alternatives for the ingredients I would really appreciate that.

The Masa is available at Gateway. I am however looking for a cheaper alternative.

Whey Protein Isolate can be ordered at iHerb. They even provide free international shipping.

I don't think GNC sells the Mega Men Sport in HK. But i figured that Mega Men Maximum Nutrition should work just fine. (More on that here http://discourse.soylent.me/t/mega-men-sport-vs-mega-men-maximum-nutrition/11803 ). I don't know where to get it and for what price. I think it's available at Mannings and until I figure out more I am going to use the US price (converted in HKD) for calculation purposes.

The Choline Bitartrate can also be found at iHerb. If you have a different suggestion please let me know.

Potassium Citrate is also available at iHerb but it's still cheaper to order at PureBulk and pay 20 USD for shipping.

The same Oil used in the original recipe is available from a different seller at Amazon who ships international.
