This recipe does not have your carbs, protein, and fat. It is vitamins, minerals, omega-3, and omega-6 only. But it does have everything except TABLE SALT. You need 6.4 grams of table salt to get your sodium and chloride. I left it out of this recipe because a) it makes the recipe taste gross and b) your macro nutrients taste way better if you mix the 6.4 grams of table salt into them instead of this multivitamin mix. You know, like rice, and mash potatoes. Etc.

The 0.41 ml of iodine is 8 drops from the eye-dropper.

Mix this recipe into 1 or 1 and a half litres of water, and it will taste bland, and not bad at all.

You can experiment with adding other things in. I added a teaspoon of maca powder, and couldn't sleep for 24 hours straight. It was like a caffeine high, but without the buzziness.

I removed the 40ml/day of Apple Cider Vinegar because this recipe made me way too alkaline. I'm currently taking steps to lower my pH from a high of 8, to the healing range, which is between 6.2 and 6.8. With the borax and potassium bicarbonate, this recipe is already very alkalizing. Once my pH is normalized I may tweak the recipe a bit to try to make it pH neutral on the body.

Next thing to investigate: magnesium bicarbonate, made from carbonated water and milk of magnesia. Apparently zinc interferes with magnesium so they shouldn't be taken together; apprently you should sip the magnesium bicarbonate throughout the day.

The perfect health diet recommends only doing the B vitamins on alternate days, so that gut fungus will die off.
