Day 1 Update: Prepared the Soylent this morning with 1 liter of water. Drank throughout the day. Taste was pretty terrible. I think it's mostly due to the corn flour either not being fully saturated or dissolved enough. Adjustments for tomorrow: -Preparing tonight and refrigerating overnight to allow a more thorough blending of the ingredients (plus it seems that the Soylent tastes better cold) -Also upping the water amount to 1.5 liters to make for a less thick consistency. Other than that, feeling pretty good. Slightly bloated possibly because the mixture has more calories than I'm used to consuming. May change this in a future update.
Day 2 Update: Prepared with the above changes. Taste is much more palatable however still feeling bloated. Planning on lowering total calorie intake (by deducting carbs/protein/fat accordingly) for tomorrow's batch. Also removing the Vitamin D-3 & K-2 pill because the Nature Made Multivitamin satisfies those levels.
Day 3 Update: Taste is much better due to the reduced corn masa + increased water. After finishing a days worth of soylent though I was still hungry. Maybe I reduced the calorie intake too much. I'll try the same recipe tomorrow and increase it if I feel its necessary.
