I combined QuidNYC's Superfood for Him with Max's People Chow 2.3, reducing the olive oil (and using a much less expensive variety) and eliminating the chocolate and cinnamon. I've never done this before, so you really should look elsewhere for advice. My shipment of the ingredients has arrived and I made my first four day supply. It may be a bit gritty, but it will work as a great meal replacement when I'm not eating socially.
@QuidNYC's strategy for making this stuff is spot on. Blend it at night, put it in the pitcher overnight and enjoy in the morning.
I adjusted the recipe a bit to include more almond meal, and a bit less masa which helped me hit the Omega 6 goal.
