ok this is a "natural vitamin edition" of my original recipe (now private). I've been eating it for almost a week now (started Dec. 23). Bananas, Tuna (Thunfisch), Champignons and Spinach (Rahmspinat) do not go into the soylent mixture, of course. I have Tuna/Champignons/Spinach salad as a dinner. In this recipe I wanted to take in vitamins through natural sources as much as possible. The peak multivitamin is there only as a supplement, which can be omitted. The price is however much higher than pure powder soylents.

The soylent itself is quite easy to drink: it's quite tasty and by adding enough water you don't have any gag reflexes.

I am going to continue with this recipe till January 5, then I would like to substitute the B12 source (Tuna) with a tablet (Methylcobalamin, of course), and add Folate substitute.

I also paid a lot of attention to the sugars in the soylent. With 2 bananas a day the sugar is about 70g. Reducing it to 1 banana gives just 50g of sugar, which is really good.
