A Soylent variant with many whole-food or whole-food based ingredients. It is intended as a high-protein/lower carb option for relatively active people, but can easily be tailored to meet other needs. I enjoy the taste.

I use this as a one or two meal-a-day replacement, not as my entire diet, and therefore wasn't too worried about getting the levels exactly right. If you intend to use this as your entire diet, consider adapting the recipe to find a 'better' balance.

For those who are new to Juice Plus+, it is company that takes whole foods (fruits, vegetables, berries, and grapes), dehydrates them and puts them into capsules or drink powder. For example, here are the ingredients in their "Garden Blend" capsules: Vegetable juice powder and pulp from carrot, parsley, beet, kale, broccoli, cabbage, spinach and tomato; gelatin, calcium carbonate, glucomannan, sugar beet fiber, cellulose, Lactobacillus acidophilus, natural enzyme blend, garlic powder, oat bran, rice bran, Dunaliella salina.

Also, I usually take the Juice Plus+ capsules with water, however you can break them open and use them as powder as well.
