More thoughts:

  • Enough changes here that it's far enough away from anything I've done before. The taste will be a little gamble. Suggest making small batch so ingredients not wasted if rubbish.

  • Algal and Olive Oils can be mixed together at correct ratio ahead of time and kept in fridge or similar.

  • Only option for Algal Oil is zesty lemon flavour. On one hand uniquely excellent source of Omega-3. On the other it's a zesty milkshake. Hopefully, it's not too strong.

  • There is one non-vegan ingredient. The vitamin K capsule is made from beef gelatin. https://au.iherb.com/pr/Carlson-Labs-Vitamin-K2-5-mg-60-Capsules/6116 Have not yet found a substitute. We are are looking for at least one of, 45,000 mcg of MK-4 or 200mcg of MK-7. These are the only two sub-types showing effectiveness for bone health.

-Suggested Vegan protein sources. Chosen because cheap, trusted and few fillers. My Protein Bulk Nutrients

v1

  • Chia seeds help it stick together nicely. Can be removed and replaced with alternate fat source and Xanthum Gum.

  • Malto and Palatinose can be removed if simplicity desired. Exist to give a balanced variety of slow/fast burn carbs.

  • Suggest choosing your flavour for the soylent from the protien powder. Much easier than adding your own flavour.

  • Can find better sources for the some of the things.

  • I'd change some of the brands, but will have to do that tomorrow.

  • Could go for a 'Zone Diet' 40% Carb 30% Protein 30% Fat ratio. May make you more or less full. May taste more like dirt due to Earth Protein.
