Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Mix oats, whey protein, chickpea flour, spinach powder, and salt in a bowl. In a blender, blend the almonds and pumpkin seeds into a coarse powder; add to dry ingredients. In a liquid measuring cup, beat the eggs, then add the applesauce, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds; let sit. Melt coconut oil, then mix thoroughly into the dry ingredients. Add the flax-chia-egg mixture, date paste, and vitamin D. Stir to combine; it should form a firm dough.
