In a stand mixer, stir together the oats, whey protein, chickpea flour, coconut flakes, spinach powder, potassium chloride, creatine, and salt.

Separately, mix the flaxseed meal and chia seeds with the water. Let soak, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a food processor, pulse the almonds and pumpkin seeds until coarsely chopped. Remove half, then puree the remaining nuts and seeds into a coarse butter.

Once the flax and chia have reached a gel-like consistency, add to the dry ingredients, along with the almonds, pumpkin seeds, and vitamin D. Stir to combine until they look like a firm cookie dough, adding more water if necessary. Fold in the cherries and chocolate.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Press dough firmly into the pan, to a granola bar-like thickness. Bake for roughly 20 minutes.

Hopefully it works?
