At the age of 44, I was disappointed that my weight had increased to 150#. Now at the age of 62, I at 175#. For most of that time, I have maintained a good level of fitness, but about two months ago, I had a sudden change in my body. Symptoms included:

  1. Increase in bone and joint pain. It is the kind of pain that I have always associated with a hard workout, like inflammation of the joints.

  2. General laziness.

  3. intolerance to alcohol. If I have more than one drink in an evening, there will be a price to pay the next day, all day. Dull wittiness, all day.

This recipe development is an effort to get control of the situation. First, I want to develop a baseline recipe, and then make changes to see If I can affect the problems I am having.
