My personal weight loss soylent recipe based on my personal nutrient profile. I am sure it could be adapted to anyone so I have made it public.
The only trouble I have had with this recipe is an extreme amount of gas... I haven't figured out where it is coming from yet; either the Husks or the Protein I imagine. Any help or advice would be great!
Edit: The gas has now turned into bad stomach cramps and loose stools after roughly the 4th day of the drink. It's really getting me down as I want to keep it up for more than 4 days to see some benefits.
