According to research from Synectar, the Vitadmin D + K1 supplement has 20mcg less of K1 than previously thought.

So -20mcg from the nutrition totals.

Reduced psyllium husk from 8g per serving to 6g per serving as 8g seemed just a little bit too much. I'm also tempted to reduce the oats just a little (to around 45g).
